Apr. 25 – What is Mindfulness?  – – Let me ask….Is your life crazy? I am guessing the majority of us can relate to that question. Whether your life is complicated by work or trying to keep up with family activities, there is little time for us to pull ourselves together to feel in control of our lives. When we master the art of Mindfulness, we are better able to cope with the madness in our lives. Learn how to create the much needed calmness that is so important to our overall well-being, by taking just a few minutes each day.

The Cedar Valley Learning Network has monthly meetings with a general focus – the door is wide open to whatever topic is relevant to today’s organizations.   Representatives from all types of organizations are welcome to attend.

There are several ways for you to become involved in the networks – by attending, by sharing your area of expertise with the group, by encouraging others to join you in the network meetings.  The topics are driven by the needs of the attendees. The topics will vary from such soft topics as How to Drive Fear from the Organization to a more tactical slant, such as the sharing of a Business Plan template.

These events are held on the 4th wednesday of each month.
