Many organizations have worked for years to build an inclusive workplace and help their employees understand the value of a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace. Although many organizations have made some progress, we are still facing some challenges. One of the primary challenges we face in leveraging workplace diversity is our own unconscious biases. Participants will,

1. Explore the concept of unconscious bias and how it plays out in the workplace.
2. Learn about case studies to illustrate unconscious biases in the workplace.
3. Hear strategies to mitigate unconscious biases.
