LuAnn, a Iowa State grad, has over 30 years of experience in outside sales and recruitment.
She has worked as a Business Development Director for Robert Half and has applied her
knowledge of the employment industry through work with digital recruitment. Her experience
with building relationships has assisted in generating revenue and solid business connections
for Coloff Digital, LLC. Coloff Digital Recruitment, specializes in assisting companies with
attracting the attention of passive job seekers. Utilizing digital marketing techniques, social
media channels and outstanding creative, Coloff Digital Recruitment has quickly become a
leader in attracting talent.
LuAnn will be talking about the understanding of how to best communicate with and provide information to passive candidates, utilizing social media channels in providing information these candidates, and how workers in the U.S. would like to learn about new employment opportunities!
