    Presenter:  Anthony Arrington, Top RANK, a professional and executive search and consulting firm

    After several years of working in higher education fundraising, Anthony reentered the staffing industry, helping start a local staffing agency in 2006, and then working in talent acquisition for Rockwell Collins. 

    Anthony is currently a Managing Partner at Top RANK, a search, consulting, and training firm focused on helping companies acquire, build culture, and retain top professional, management, and executive level talent, with a special emphasis on diverse and inclusive leadership.

    Anthony will be helping CVSHRM understand why "Diversity" is just a part of the puzzle to create a welcoming organization and to arm those who attend this meeting with data and case studies to take back to their organizations to help move the ball foward in diversity and inclusion!
