The workplace creates all kinds of emotions from joy, to stress, to frustration to satisfaction.  And we as a people have everything to do with how well or how poorly our emotions are managed and how this impacts the organizations mission and outcomes.  It is imperative, as professionals, that we learn about our emotions, triggers, strategies and more in order to hone our emotions which are accountable for the majority of our overall performance in our jobs.
