    • Follow the appropriate processes in answering questions, educating clients,

    researching claim issues, troubleshooting problems, submitting information to carriers,

    responding to clients and updating systems.

    • Handle escalated client complaints and interface with client contacts,

    Producers, carriers and/or other representatives where appropriate.

    • Navigate various sources of information, gather necessary data and

    input data into appropriate systems.
