Human Resources Specialist, The City of Cedar Falls
- Perform a variety of technical and analytical work involved in the administration of the city's human resource
management and legal services programs, including risk management/loss control, employee relations,
civil service processes, job safety and related training, job classification, compensation, performance
management, benefits, recruitment, and training systems of the city.
- Assist with preparing, scheduling, and assisting with the employee interview and preemployment
screening process as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding and termination of employees.
