Presenting: Understanding and Motivating "Quiet Quitters"

Why do we work? This may seem simple. We need money to survive. But in order to feel satisfied with our lives our inner why needs to be sufficiently satiated. The inner why, aka subconscious motivation, is guiding more than we are aware of. The Enneagram is a personality assessment that reveals our subconscious conversation, revealing our own motivations and inner why to us. When we observe motivation in terms of the workplace, we often see each Enneagram playing out very accurately to type. So the question I raise around "Quiet Quitting" is simple yet complex. Is Quiet Quitting as simple as personality and individual biases (aka personality) or a workplace phenomenon that needs to be addressed? And whether this phenomenon is real or not, is there a way to motivate those who we'd like to see have a higher performance level at work? These are the questions we'll dive into during our time together, with the support of the Enneagram as our guide.
