    2024/2025 CEDAR VALLEY SHRM SCHOLARSHIP

    This year CVSHRM will be awarding two scholarships for the 2024/2025 academic year: one for $1000 and one for $500! The scholarships are not automatically renewable and the money will be paid directly to the Registrar’s Office upon the recipient’s proof of registration and attendance. The CVSHRM Officers will review the applications received by the deadline date of March 31, 2024 and make the final decision on the scholarship award.

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

    To be eligible for the scholarship, an individual must be enrolled full-time for the fall 2023 semester at the University of Northern Iowa, Wartburg College, Hawkeye Community College, or the Waterloo Campus of Upper Iowa University. They should also have a declared major in Business, Public Administration, Communication, Psychology, or related field with an emphasis in Human Resources. In addition, an applicant must have attained Junior status, by the Fall 2019 semester with an overall GPA of 2.75 or above.
