CVSHRM wants to encourage and assist members to improve their educational qualifications in subjects and fields of study which are directly related to their current jobs/roles, operations, activities, and objectives; and which will place the member in a position to improve their job performance and professional development. The purpose of the Program is to provide financial assistance to members who take educational or personal development courses on a voluntary basis for self-improvement.
